    Voucher terms

    • A voucher is not a reservation. Please book your table separately.
    • Redeemable only in person at the restaurant – not online and not as a deposit.
    • Partial redemption is possible; any remaining balance stays on the voucher. No cash payout.
    • Valid until 31 December of the third year after the year of purchase.
    • Events with their own conditions (e.g. tickets, set menus) are governed by those conditions.
    • The voucher code is what entitles you to redeem. Treat it like cash; the PDF can be downloaded again from the voucher page at any time.
